Clanker is an internal coordination assistant used by the SHIFT Colorado team. It is not a public product or sign-up service.
Clanker may process Discord information needed to respond to authorized team interactions and support internal coordination; Google Calendar information needed for the team’s recurring meeting; and read-only information from the current editorial issue outline stored in Google Drive. It may also retain short, administrator-approved internal workflow notes where needed for continuity.
This information is used only to provide internal SHIFT coordination, meeting support, and editorial workflow assistance. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Access is limited to authorized SHIFT team workflows and the service providers required to operate Clanker. Information is retained only as needed for those internal purposes and may be removed when no longer useful.
Clanker’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
